This is a key event for the beginning of the school year to showcase what Keyboard Club does and our club values to the student body. Our priority is to create a positive and welcoming experience, particularly for incoming students (freshmen and transfers). Our GBMs have previously had positive reception from the student body and we intended to continue that trend with this event.

1) Reminder that A.S funded marketing materials must display the A.S logo (as per funding guide). Please send a design for the flyer 2 weeks prior to the event and include on PEEFs. 2) Marketing materials must be allocated to flyers (as specified in request) and can't be later reallocated to banners etc. as those are considered reusable items.
