"The RCF (Reverse Career Fair) is our initiative to help students find career opportunities by spotlighting hands-on project-building experience. Unlike a normal career fair where students go from booth to booth learning about jobs, professionals will have the freedom to explore the variety of projects and research students have worked on. This allows prospective employers to see students’ achievements and talents that can't be captured in a few lines of text on a resume. Furthermore, this year we’re giving companies the opportunity to interview students for part-time or full-time roles."
