DESCRIBE THE EVENT, TRY TO INCLUDE HOW IT RELATES TO YOUR MISSION OR VALUES: Triton flex hosts biannual bodybuilding shows. In our bodybuilding shows, club members can compete and show off their hard-earned physiques and use our shows as practice for the National Physique Committee (NPC) or International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB) competitions, the two big bodybuilding federations. There will be different divisions based off of physique type, and there will also be a guest posing division if they do not wish to be judged. Winners will receive medals and a certificate. This alligns with our mission because through being proud of their physiques, members can find confidence from within themselves. Moreover, watching others compete may give members the inspiration and the confidence for them to compete themselves.
