DESCRIBE THE EVENT, TRY TO INCLUDE HOW IT RELATES TO YOUR MISSION OR VALUES: This will be a quarterly theater festival on the weekends of week 8. This festival consists of 1 play in Mandarin. We are expecting about 100 attendees as audiences for the play. Fusheng Chinese Drama Troupe is putting on one 120-min full length play in PC Theater. Chinese students and other UCSD students who are interested in Chinese culture are more than welcomed to come. This play is produced, acted, and directed by Fusheng Chinese Drama Troupe and UCSD students who are passionate about theatre. The play is about a person who have mental health issue, the play reviews his childhood and discovers how he overcomes himself. We want to call on everybody to focus on their mental health, and give others more patients and love to others.
