We will be having a small banquet to celebrate the end of the school year and to celebrate/honor graduating HMP3 club members. Furthermore, we will be highlighting
the events and outreaches organized by our 8 subcommittees as well as their accomplishments from this school year. Some examples of events include the MEDS Conference, bone marrow/blood drives, and outreaches to high school students in the San Diego area. Importantly, we want to thank our subcommittees and co-chairs for their hard work this year. At the event, we will have food and games for attendees. As a part of our goal to connect interested pre-health UCSD students with the larger pre-health community at UCSD, we plan on inviting all general club members as well as any and all interested UCSD students. We hope that by highlighting the events and opportunities hosted by HMP3 this year, that we will be able to inspire other UCSD students to become more involved with our organization for the upcoming school year through joining our subcommittees to help us organize our events and attending our service and health outreach events. Finally, we hope that through the games, social activities, and conversations that we have at the banquet that we will be able to connect pre-health students with each other so that they can gain valuable insight into opportunities both on- and off-campus while finding a pre-health community/support system during their time at UCSD.
