The HOPE Conference is a free conference that will take place on Saturday, April 5th, 2025 from 8am-3:10pm. The mission of this conference is to provide undergraduate pre-health minority, first-generation, and lower SES students with some of the information, tools, and opportunities that are necessary to aid them in the process of reaching their healthcare career goals. Faculty, medical school students, and doctors from the UCSD School of Medicine are already confirmed to speak. We also have confirmed speakers with the Skaggs School of Pharmacy students as well as students from other programs. There will also be an Opportunities Fair where student organizations, UCSD Programs and organizations, and internship/volunteer programs will be tabling for students to explore.

The room reservation should cover the following information: Name of the Event Name of the Student Organization Date and Time of the Event and Room Reservation Room Capacity (if the reservation confirmation does not include this, please add separate documentation or evidence of the room capacity in your funding request) The attached documentation is not a valid room reservation. Additionally, A.S cannot fund the parking spaces, and the costco price documentation needs to be an official screenshot.
