DESCRIBE THE EVENT, TRY TO INCLUDE HOW IT RELATES TO YOUR MISSION OR VALUES: Out in STEM will host a social picnicking event in which students will be encouraged to socialize, meet other STEM LGBTQ+ students, and show meaningful solidarity within the queer community. Our goal with this event is to combat the mental health struggles that occur during winter months by providing a relaxing and open atmosphere for students to enjoy the springtime weather.
