Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: This event will be an opportunity for students to be informed of student orgs on campus while also enjoying activities fostering growth, crafts and creativity. Students will be able to enjoy treats such as their own seeds and pot to decorate, plant/flower related crafts, and other artistic activities to enjoy at their leisure seated at a small crafting station or on the lawn. Student orgs will also be encouraged to show off their own artistic/creative activities to attending students. This event would be both for the student body to enjoy and student orgs, particularly creative/crafts student orgs to promote themselves to interested students. This relates to our mission as a student org to connect UCSD students with student organizations whether as potential future members or just to get a sense of the range of orgs available and get them interested in greater campus involvement.
