Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: This event is the end-of-year RISHI banquet for all board and general members. The event is for members to share their experiences this year in their respective committees and their progress on finalizing their volunteer projects with the rest of the club, and for board members to share updates on how these projects will be implemented. The new board for next year will be announced as well. This event is deeply rooted in our mission and values as we encourage collaboration and teamwork within the club, and this event allows all the members to get together one last time and share the result of their year’s worth of collaboration, celebrating their success. During this event, we will also be doing team-building activities so that members can bond with one another further and foster a continued, collaborative mindset.
