The proposed transfer graduation event aligns with A.S funding guidelines by focusing on the essential services like having food and tech support. Having food and tech services at our event enhances the experience of the attendees which are celebrating their accomplishment of graduating the University of San Diego after transferring! This enhances students' well-being, knowing their hard work has paid off! We want to have a memorable night for the participants. It appeals to the greater transfer population at UCSD. Additionally, we will include security measures given our high expected attendance of over 100, our room is currently capped at 190 so we will have 190 or less individuals attend and not go over the limit for funding purposes. We will ensure a safe and organized environment. Included documents are our room confirmation, food estimate, and tech services which say are free for price center events (where are event will take place) however any additional services will cost us and that is why we are requesting $500 for any added labor on their part. This event aligns with funding objectives and guidelines which were carefully reviewed.
