Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: The Anime and Manga Enthusiasts at UC San Diego will hold a cafe-style event where officers will dress up in costumes and decorate the venue in the theme of anime. Guests will be served food prepared in-house and be able to take photos with the officers. This event aims to bring a niche part of Japanese pop culture directly to UC San Diego students while providing an inclusive atmosphere for guests to engage with each other and our waitresses, a goal in line with the stated purpose of our club.
