Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: For reference, this is copied from tinyware day 1: This event is the second day of our game jam for our club members to build games together, improving their skills, building connections, and creating our community of game developers. This directly connects to our goal as a student organization of encouraging game development and building out game development community. We also believe it will advance our members in their careers by giving them portfolio projects and experience in their disciplines, both inside and outside of game development. This event will follow all guidelines including holding the event on campus, opening the event to all undergraduate students, staying under the limit of $10 per attendee, and including the logo on all marketing, as well as all other guidelines. If there are any other specific guidelines we need to follow, please let us know and we will do our best to abide.
