Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: This kickoff event is our first event for the new academic year and serves as our introduction to new members that are interested in our organization. We will be giving each person in the meet a chance to introduce themselves, in order to create a sense of community. There will be multiple activities such as board games and video games for members to have fun. This event will only allow UCSD students and all items will be distributed (except flyers) will be distributed during the event.
