Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines

We will be hosting a 2-hour finals study jam where students can come and study for their finals! We will be providing healthy snacks at this event as well. Students will come in and can grab a snack to eat (if they would like to), and take a seat. They can stay however long or short as they'd like. The study jam will be from 6 PM to 8 PM. We will clean up any trash after the event. Check-in process: The check-in process will consist of a sign-in QR code that takes them to a Google form sign-in sheet that asks for the student's name, year, and email.
