Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines

We want to inspire students in the spirit of the New Year to try new things and develop new hobbies while providing clubs on campus a place to share about what they do and recruit new members. The event provides tabling spots to selected student organizations. They are incentivized to bring an activity/engaging way to display what they do. Attendants can collect food and take pictures at our photobooth by collecting stamps when visiting tabling spots. The ultimate goal is to help students see some of what is available in terms of student organizations.
