Norman Nachle is a national dance competition featuring 8 Bollywood Fusion dance teams like Zor which travel from around the country to compete. This includes styles not limited to hip hop, Bollywood, bhangra, Raas, contemporary, Indian classical, etc. We will be competing for thousands in prize money (awarded to top 3 teams) as determined by appointed dance judges, and will be performing for a public audience. Zor, in its roots as a competitive Hindi Film Dance team, aims to qualify for Legends Bollywood Dance Championship, which is the national final dance competition (held in Chicago later this year in April). In order to qualify, we must attend several competitions both in and out of state. One of these competitions is Norman Nachle, and in order to qualify for a bid to Legends, we hope to compete and place as one of the top 3 teams at Norman Nachle.
