Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: Our Quantum Computing Club’s General Body Meeting (GBM) fits within the A.S. funding guidelines because it’s an educational, student-led event open to all undergraduates at UC San Diego. The purpose of the GBM is to build community and engage students in discussions about emerging topics in quantum computing, helping foster interest in STEM and provide academic enrichment outside the classroom. As a registered undergraduate organization, we’re committed to following all A.S. policies, including ensuring all spending complies with the funding guidelines.
