Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: The Cognitive Science Student Association will be partnering with Datafest, a data science hack-a-thon, to host a workshop. All UCSD students are welcome. Students can learn how to turn their data and numbers into words and insight through our hands-on workshop. Their data will be used in order to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphs, which will in turn give them a new skill to utilize at the main hack-a-thon event.
