Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: An annual event that invites all UCSD students to get to know and learn what the Multicultural Greek Council is and decide if they would like to join this community. The fraternities and sororities showcase what they have to offer and will connect with potential new members. The diverse community we have in this council consists of Chicanx/Latinx, Asian-American, and Armenian sororities and fraternities. The goal we have for this event is to engage conversation with non-affiliated students on what MGC stands for and what we have to offer. Through encouraging individuals to visit different organization tables, we can demonstrate what makes MGC different from other Greek councils we have on campus. Through performances from some of our organizations, we will keep potential members interested and excited to learn more about MGC.
