The TOS Bunny Bowl is a transfer-focused community event held on campus during the Spring Quarter and is open to all UC San Diego undergraduate students. It aligns with A.S. funding policies through the following: Financial Compliance: The total event budget is $500, which adheres to the $10-per-attendee funding rate for our 50 expected guests. All items requested for A.S. funding fall under the Food and Activity Oriented Items categories. Separation of Funds: While the event includes giveaway elements, all prizes, gift cards, and raffle items are funded entirely by our student organization’s off-campus account. A.S. funds are only being used for consumable food (sandwiches, cookies, drinks) and one-time-use activity supplies (spoons, marshmallows, plastic eggs). Access and Admission: The event is free for all students, with no admission fees or costs to participate in activities. We will manage capacity at a 50-person cap and ensure every attendee scans the A.S. Attendance Verification Form at our check-in table. Logistics & Sustainability: In compliance with the "no reusable items" policy, we are not requesting funds for infrastructure. We are borrowing tables, chairs, and picnic blankets from the Transfer Hub and campus partners. Marketing: All promotional materials for this event will prominently feature the A.S. logo to maintain transparency and recognize the funding source.
