Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: This event is open to all UCSD Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff, and is on the UCSD Campus. It is a free admission event in which arts and crafts (bracelet, flower bouquet making, etc.) will be given away to attendees. It is mainly a social event advertised as having people in cosplay playing games (like cards, mahjong, etc.) as well as doing crafts (free admission as well). There will be an artist alley booth situated in the back selling art as well as well as a refreshment booth selling non-alcoholic drinks and food, however, this will be completely optional for attendees and no funds except those from the organization (The Intermission Orchestra) itself are/were/will be spent on producing those items. The funding acquired will ONLY be used to subsidize the arts and crafts that are given away during this event.
