Eligibility & Access: The Slime Social is held on the UC San Diego campus at the Triton Esports Center during the academic quarter. It is strictly free of charge and open to all undergraduate students, ensuring no exclusion or attendance fees. Fundable Activities & Items: The budget of $262.72 is used exclusively for "Activity Oriented Items" (slime-making supplies from Amazon) and "Food" (crepe ingredients from Ralphs). In accordance with A.S. policy, these are all attendee distribution items meant for immediate consumption or creation during the event, and no reusable tools or equipment will be kept by the organizations. Logistical Compliance: To protect the venue and abide by University Center (UCEN) and venue policies, we are using plastic tablecloths for cleanup. We also acknowledge the requirement to display A.S. logos on all marketing materials and will distribute the A.S. Attendance Verification Form (QR code) to all participants to remain in good standing for future funding. Collaboration: As a joint event between the Transfer Outreach Society and the Slime Club, we have designated a lead organization to manage the paperwork and ensure all A.S. and CSI regulations are met.
