Our event will be a community-based social celebrating the end of the school year with presentations, food, and drinks for a banquet experience. There will also be a gallery portion of the event set up so that attendees may view and make comments on the artworks (using paper stars) that other attendees and members have made throughout the quarter, and a keychain and bracelet activity for attendees to work on to bond with one another throughout the period of the event. We are requesting various amounts of food ingredients to be used to make four custom planetarium themed drinks for student attendees to give out for free. These drinks are: Earth Soda, Moon Dust Milk Tea, Saturn Latte, and Sun Flare Fruit Tea. All the items we are requesting are expected to run out during the duration of the event and any remaining will be thrown out or donated to a food bank. Stickers that are being requested will also be being handed out for free, as will the rest of the requested items.
