Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: This event fits into the A.S. funding guidelines is because in terms of wanting to fill out the TAP to want to create an event for a club, it has to be related to any type of initiation or any type of large gathering. Not only that, with our club, we have the right amount of principal members so the club is good to go in terms of who can submit for funding. Continuing on with the A.S. funding guidelines, they have a strict requirement that you must submit a TAP in at least 21 days before the event is scheduled and our event will be on February 25, 2026, which is in around 1 month from now. In terms of what A.S. does not fund, what we want covered for the funding is approved from A.S, which includes food from approved vendors. Looking at the overall details of this speaker event, we fit all of the requirements necessary to get funding approved from A.S.
