This event fits into the A.S. funding guidelines because our student organization is registered with CSI, and all of our principle members are undergraduate students at UCSD. Additionally, the QP Kickoff will be held on campus, in the Qualcomm Conference Center in Jacobs Hall, the event is open to all UCSD undergrads, and is not open to UCSD non-affiliates.
