Please briefly describe why this event fits into the A.S funding guidelines: This event is open to UCSD student members and attendees to come socialize and enjoy plein air drawing and painting. Plein air is a way of drawing/painting by practicing to illustrate a subject that is outside. We are hosting this event to encourage the art community on campus to socialize with one another and improve their artistic observational skills. We are requesting drinks for this event to encourage attendance and socialization.
