This event fits into the A.S. funding guidelines is because in terms of wanting to fill out the TAP to want to create an event for a club, it has to be related to any type of initiation or any type of large gathering. Not only that, with our club, we have the right amount of principal members so the club is good to go in terms of who can submit for funding. Continuing on with the A.S. funding guidelines, they have a strict requirement that you must submit a TAP in at least 21 days before the event is scheduled and our event will be on October 16, 2026, which is in around 5 months from now. In terms of what A.S. does not fund, what we want covered for the funding is approved from A.S, which includes room rental fees, marketing materials like flyers, and food from approved vendors. Look at the overall details of the info night event, we fit all of the requirements necessary to get funding approved from A.S.
