This event qualifies for A.S. funding as it will be hosted on campus during the fall quarter and is open to all UCSD undergraduate students. The event will not charge any admission or participation fees and will get pizza from Papa Johns at Regents, which is an approved vendor for reimbursement. The event will distribute the A.S. attendance verification form, include A.S. logos on all promotional materials, and will not use funding for anything other than pizza.
