HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? A lot larger than expected. Did not account for the popularity. Will book bigger rooms for future events and account for people by allocating more funding to events

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To allow students to get oriented to our organization and meet each other and other board members. Introduction to events and opportunities and intros!

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Very successful due to turnout and meeting new people. Loved to answer questions for all undergrad pre-meds.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
The food that AS provided. This event was mostly an informational sessions and we didn't bring any equipment/supplies.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were too many people, had to force some people to leave for safety reasons.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Bigger venue, more funding for food if we want to have it, otherwise a great event.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
No big changes, think we did a great job.
