HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The estimated attendance was based off of last year's calculations. Due to a combination of promotions, stronger officer/member interaction, and the past GBMs we got a lot more attendance than previously expected.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To allow students to orient themselves to the opportunities that AMSA has and additionally learn about our joint hospice program with Silverado Hospital. Members were also able to pick up their yearly t-shirt and ask any pre-medical questions that they had.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was very successful. A lot of students showed up and seemed interested in both our future events as well as our hospice program.

The t-shirts that we brought to give to members.

There were no complications during the event.

We would request more chairs.
