IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was little to no difference between estimated and actual attendance numbers.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to teach students what exactly is Software Engineering and tips/tricks on how they can prepare themselves for the career they want to enter. We included a panel at the end so students could ask questions directly to students who may have some helpful advice.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event to have been a success since a ton of people showed and were actively participating in the discussion. People were asking engaging questions to the panelists and students felt they got a lot of out the event.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Definitely AS! We couldn’t have had all of the food there if it weren’t for AS.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications arose.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I think providing more food would be helpful since we had to split burritos and then students could only choose a burrito or chips.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Nope, I think what we did was perfect for the size of the event.
