We had more attendees than expected. To pull our attendance back to the expected, we can limit advertising in the future.

The purpose of the event was to introduce prospective members to our organization and assist students in making friends and interacting with our community.
I would consider this event a success because not only did we achieved more attendees than expected, we achieved our stated purpose of introducing many new students to our organization, assisting in acclimating them to UC San Diego and form meaningful relationships.
Our most valuable asset is AS Funding. AS allows us to consistently run large scale events and provide meaningful experiences to students, and this event is no exception.
No complications arose. However, if one did, appropriate university resources would have been contacted, like house manager or campus police in the case of a more severe incident.
The only change we would implement is the limitation of advertising to reach closer to our expected attendance. Alternatively, we can expect more attendees at this type of event. However, there were no issues with the event itself.
Since we surpassed our expected attendee count, we likely do not need to make adjustments to online advertisement for this event.
We would like the AS attendance form metrics to more easily tell us the attendee count. We had to manually count the number on the sheet (No aspects were selectable on the form we were returned)
