HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We hosted this event much earlier in the school year than we had in previous years, so we had about 4x as many RSVPs and 3x as many attendees as expected.

Provide undergraduates with advice and stories about how to get into research.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because we got over 4x as many RSVPs and 3x as many attendees as expected. Many attendees expressed that they enjoyed the event. We were also able to manage the logistical issues of such a large attendance in such a short period of time.

Due to the large attendance, we had to move to another venue

We will estimate a larger audience and reserve a larger, more appropriately sized room. We will also request more funding so we don't have to use our own funds for food.
