HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We believe that there was a decrease simply because it was during week 5, and our event was a study jam. So, students might not want to come unless they needed help or had something to study for.

the purpose was to hold a study jam for students to get help from one another or socialize and relax if they wanted a slight break from studying.

The event was somewhat of a success, considering it was simply a study jam during week 5. And, we did not hold any event with valuable information.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Our most valuable resource would most likely be the experiences and advice our officers have to offer. We can nurture and guide new undergraduates that feel overwhelmed and lost.

For the next event, we would probably do more advertisement and possibly have a different theme or pupose so that more students would be interested.

We promote the events the same way each time, with fliers and on our social media. Therefore, I do not believe any adjustments needs to be made on how how we promote the event.
