IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There might have been a difference in the estimated and actual attendance because we did not promote the event enough and did not post any directions to the location. It was in a more obscure area that new students might not know about. Next time, we should post and advertise our event more and post directions to the venue space.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce the board members to the new and returning members while playing board games and having fun!

The event was a success because the new members got to meet and have fun with the board members. They also got to learn a little about pharmacy opportunities and had the chance to ask some advice to the board members.

Our most valuable resource was the officers who planned the event and the games we got for the event.

We should advertise the events more either through social media, tabling, or advertisements.
