WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to create an informal and fun environment for our new and past members to meet each other, and to expand the feeling of community within our organization.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we consider this event to be a success. We had a great turnout, and everyone who attended had a lot of fun. We had several new members who got to meet the board and past members and play card games with them, and I felt that we really expanded our community through this event.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
I believe our most valuable resource is the weekly volunteering opportunities we offer, which include in person, online, and asynchronous opportunities for people of all availabilities to get involved!

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications arose.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I believe that our event went really well, and I do not feel that we need to change any of our marketing or social ideas in the future.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We will probably follow a similar method as usual, where we post on Instagram and send out flyers via email to promote and spread awareness about our events.
