IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference in the estimated and actual attendance numbers. It might be because some people had midterms and couldn’t come to the event. We should keep this in mind when planning events around this time.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to have a speaker from UCSF present on their PharmD program and get members to think about their options for pharmacy school.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event to be a success. The members got to ask Joel Gonzales questions after listening to his presentation.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Our most valuable resource was Joel Gonzales, the admissions director, who came to speak about the UCSF program. This allowed our members to hear directly from Joel with the program and what UCSF looks for in potential students.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There is only 1 table in the room, so we had to get another table to put our food on.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We should market the event better and potentially change the date to not coincide with midterms. We should also make the Q&A session more 1-on-1 style.

We are using the AS form for our attendance to streamline the attendance process. Therefore, is there any way to ask about their name so we have something other than their email?
