IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was roughly a 20 more actual attendance than expected. In the future, we plan to get a more accurate measure of expect attendees by reviewing statistics from tabling and other advertising.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our mission is to foster a diverse community of makers, empowering students to invent and launch their careers. One way we pursue this vision is by making projects more accessible to students, promoting a hands-on approach to engineering education wherein students learn to place theory into practical, creative applications by hosting project committees where our organization's current projects can talk about their projects and recruit members so that they may also get the experience that comes with developing a project. Having this GBM is how we update our members on these events that will be happening throughout Fall quarter.

The event was successful, we had more attendees than expected and everything happened according to plan
