IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We believe we just overestimated as it was one of our first bigger events this quarter, and just like how our welcome back dinner had close to 200 we expected a larger turn out. We can market the event better to increase turn out, and also use the attendance sheets' data to better estimate future events.

This event was to introduce our board members and committees, while also advertising our upcoming fall quarter events.

Yes, we accomplished all of those and the attendees also had a good time which was wonderful.
