IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We had slightly more attendees than we expected, I think due to a bigger focus on advertising with flyers and online forums. I pre-event interest check would make it easier to gauge attendance.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
We wanted to re-engage current members of the club and acquire new ones at the start of the new school year.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because we were able to bring in new and old members alike and excite them about the club and future events.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Mainly artists and coordinators who donate their times and skills. Generally the passion and skills that our members bring to the club.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Make attendees sign in at the door as to ensure that we record their attendance

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Cross-club advertisement/collaboration with other related clubs.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Not everyone fills out the Google form, and it also requires UCSD sign-in (which first years don't know how to do, and they give up)
