There was a difference in the estimated and actual attendance, even though 20 students are in the discord, not many of them came to the event, we should anticipate a lower attendance in future events

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce the outreach committee to members for the new year and attract returning members and new members to come to the meeting!

Yes, even though attendance was lower than expected, there were many interested first year students attending among the ones who were there!

Advertise Outreach more, since Project Team has higher attendance, advertising future AS funded events using Project Team might be a good idea

None, all the events regardless of their attendance had the same advertisement online
