IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The actual attendance numbers was a bit more than expected, there are newer members that did not RSVP and joined our events, resulting them not receiving boba as we prepared the exact number that we estimated. Since now we know the number of new members joining this event, we could get a more accurate estimate.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To meet new students that are joining UCSD, and welcome back the returning members

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider the event to be a success, we asked feedback from people who joined the event. All of the feedback were positive, and we achieve our goal of wanting all the members to socialize and feel welcome.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
The most valuable resource was our board members who brainstorm this event and we planned this event for so long. All of our efforts are valuable.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If any complication arose during the event, the board member could handle any complications they may faced.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To prepare activities resources more as we ran out towards the end. Get a better estimate of participants.
