There was a difference in the estimated and actual attendance, even though many students are in the discord, not many of them came to the event, we should anticipate a lower attendance in future events

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce the translational medicine day committee to members for the new year and attract returning members and new members to come to the meeting!

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, even though attendance was lower than expected we had a lot of interested first year students among them attend!

AS Funding

If any complications arose during the event the co-chairs would have handled them accordingly

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Advertise Bioengineering Day more when tabling, since Project Team has higher attendance, advertising future AS funded events using Project Team might be a good idea. Though Bioengineering Day event is late in the spring so low attendance at the moment isn't a huge concern.

None, all the events regardless of their attendance had the same advertisement online
