HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Not sure, waiting on the AS funding attendance form to confirm attendance. We do not have access to the form.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Play board games and drink boba. First board game and boba event!

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Very successful. Way larger turnout than expected. Everyone had a lot of fun!

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
The personal board game collection contributed by all board members.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no issues.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would like to continue to expand out boardgame collection and continue outreaching to more people.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I think we did a very good job with promoting on Instagram and discord as we had the highest RSVPs since we started.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
We would like to appeal for more funding in order to continue to host these events for the student body. Will be submitting the appeal soon!
