IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The attendance was a lot higher than estimated. These estimations were based off of last year's events and we did not expect so many new members this year. We did not particularly increase exposure for the event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Play board games and drink boba. Take a break from studies and relax from midterms and other studying. Also for other to meet more people/friends.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Very successful. Greater turnout than expected and got new board games for the club last weekend.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
The personal board game collection contributed by all board members.

There were no issues

We would like to continue to expand out boardgame collection and continue outreaching to more people.

I think we did a very good job with promoting on Instagram and discord.
