IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference between the expected and actual outcome. I believe this has to do with the timing of the event (late night Friday) and the fact that the event was not published on the HKN portal until right before the start of the event. Next time, I will make sure to publish the event on the portal beforehand as well as try to plan events a bit earlier in the day.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to teach attendees the importance of data sheets and how it can be used for hardware projects.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I do consider the event to be a success. Apart from the low attendance, the event itself ran very smoothly. The slides included sufficient information while also keeping the audience engaged. The trivia was not too hard nor easy, making it enjoyable for the attendees. Due to the mixed difficulty, the attendees were able to successfully apply their skills as intended.

Personal experiences with the I2C protocol played a crucial role in the creation of this event.
