Estimated attendance was ~30 while the actual attendance was 36 making the difference 6 attendees. I think we did great when it came to advertising & presentation. However, we could improve upon room reservation and setup prior to events.

Only A.S. Funding was used; Rest of supplies were provided via club donations from prior events.
The purpose of the event was to educate people on how to properly write letters to those addressed. The event was also meant to inspire
I consider the event to have been a major success as our actual event attendance surpassed out expected attendance. Additionally, feedback from the attendees was highly positive aside from the lack of tables to write on.
Our most valuable resource was our welcoming vibes and socializing during the event. Albeit there were some complications, our friendly environment and wonderful team ensured that people had fun and that no one felt left out.
Table configuration was our main issue as we had accidentally ordered for Lecture/Theater configuration under the EMS when we should've done workshop in order to ensure we got more tables.
For the next event we could improve our table configuration as we didn't have the correct # of tables for this event. However, the event still panned out via the hard surfaces we either provided or had people use to write on.
For advertisements/promotion we could attempt to post events more frequently along our socials in order to incite more excitement for the event.
