Estimated attendance for this event was 40 while actual attendance was 15 making a difference of 25 in attendance. To change anything, we could have made the event at a less busy time for people (i.e.: 5pm-7pm instead of 2pm-4pm) and reserved a room that may have been easier to find (i.e. Green Table Room instead of Warren College Room).

The purpose of this event was to foster a social environment in which participants could interact with each other while using Stationery Supplies such as pens/pencils to host a fun Halloween Art Workshop.
I believe the event to be a success as many of the individuals involved at the event seemed to have a great time and would most likely be able to recite the purpose of the event back to our team without looking at what had been written here.
In this case, our most valuable resource was our adaptability along with our Vice President Alex for being able to host the Art Workshop given the various circumstances and lack of time to prepare.
Complications that arose during the event were that extra tables and HDMI converters needed to be ordered after the workshop had been started. We were able to order the extra table and found a workaround for the HDMI converter however.
For the next event, we could improve getting a more accessible location and host the event at a more accessible time for people.
Advertisements and promotion were done great! If anything we could try hanging up paper fliers to get more general attraction to the club.
Possibly having the A.S. Funding be able to fund more of the one-use items we request would be amazing! Only if it gets approved via the original process however. Aside from that, the A.S. Funding process has been great at supporting us!
