IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a difference because when we advertised the desserts a lot of people seemed really eager to have some, so that most likely inflated the numbers a bit.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to enable students to have a space to study together while discussing future TritonTubers plans, creative projects, and gain a sense of relationship with each other via the mutual struggles of classes and studyintg for midterms.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider it to be a success because the attendance amount was higher than we initially predicted.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Our most valuable resource was our officers/staff, as if we didn't have them there wouldn't be anyone to run the event at all.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
I did not specify on the invoice that i wanted delivery so I had to pay a bit extra when buying the desserts for it to be delivered to UCSD as none of the current execs have a car to pick it up, so that was a bit trouble some but ultimately solvable.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would make sure to specify the invoice to have delivery or pickup and to have the most accurate cost.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Potentially mentioning the Nothing Bundt cakes desserts on the flyer itself, other than that it was great.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
I wish they made it more clear that we needed to attach an invoice to the original fundign application.
