HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference of +1 in attendance, probably due to more organized advertising. We would not want to decrease the difference because it was positive.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to further facilitate community friendship through the sponsoring of shared activity and organized bonding.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
This event was a success as everyone participated in the activities and relationships were newly strengthened/formed.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Probably the yarn and games we obtained from the CCC. That was crucial to the success of our event.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The only complication was obtaining an invoice from Jamba Juice because they weren't able to issue one. We had to transition to the reimbursement model.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would try and gather materials even earlier and encourage 'BYO' to be more organized and prepared.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would encourage more officers to repost the event flyer on their story and spread the word.
